Few watches have achieved the cultural status of the Rolex Submariner 5513. Famously associated with Roger Moore and the James Bond era, the 5513 remains one of the most iconic and sought-after vintage Submariner references. Dating to 1982, this particularly attractive example is fitted with the highly desirable Mk4 Maxi dial, featuring the larger, more pronounced hour markers characteristic of these later 5513 dials. Collectors will appreciate the finer details of this dial, including the distinctive zig-zag “S” in “SUBMARINER” — one of those subtle period variations that vintage Rolex enthusiasts look for when assessing an individual watch.
